Internet Savvy Part 2 Online Collaboration -- It's Easy Online Document Sharing and Collaborating Tools Do you email documents back and forth among colleagues, filling up your mailbox with replies? Lose track of who has the current version of the documents? Work with colleagues in distant locations or different time zones? The Internet to the rescue! Collaborating with colleagues is easy. Use word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software anywhere anytime. You can work together at the same time or independently, each of you updating the same document stored online. You have access to your document from your mobile device. Teri Donat will show you how to use free document sharing and storage software to collaborate, meet and share. Learn about Google Docs, Microsoft Office Live Workspace and other online document sharing and collaborating tools. Program Presenter Teri Donat makes use of her "Consumer Business" background educating the workforce on technology and computer software applications. She was an early adopter of technology going back nearly 20 years, sharing her knowledge and expertise as a conference speaker and trainer. Teri has a Masters degree in Education, Instructional Technology and holds a certificate in Online Teaching. She develops training materials, is a corporate trainer and teaches part-time at several community colleges.
